Overnight and throughout the day we have continued our journey to the Falkland Islands. At 08:30 we had reached 45° S 56° W and by 20:30 were at 49° S 57° W with about 130 miles left to travel.
This morning we had a steely grey sea and waves with white tops, a wind of Beaufort 7 and rain ahead of us. By 19:00 one can just about see through the window it is so foggy and the wind has dropped.
